My wife and I have been traveling together for 20 years and we have never experienced such a rude staff. Literally from the moment we checked in. From the front desk lady, to the server in the restaurant, to the security guard that blamed my family for something I literally watched another family do in the pool area. After he blamed my family I said no sir you are wrong that wasn’t us. He then proceeded to tell me yes it was. I was blown away. I told him to watch the video cameras then come back and apologize. He obviously never did that. We left a day early because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. I will never spend a dime in that hotel again. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are much better hotels in the area.
