“A most perfect stay was had! Beautifully appointed A-frame right on the AuSable river complete with many original features including sinks and tubs and a lovely vintage Tappan electric range with chest height ovens and range that slides in and out. The property was private and peaceful about 25min from town on a little gravel road with a few cabins. Kitchen had everything including good knives, a nice selection of spices and any needed cookware. The hardwood floors were gorgeous and the host……

“Came up to the area for a weekend of golf at Forest Dunes. The home is beautiful. Everything was well appointed and thought out. Beds are very comfortable and fire pit area was awesome to sit by and enjoy a beverage and talk. The owners were great and made it very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.”

“Checked in to a fly/bug infested bathroom and a dirty tub. RV is older and shows some signs of wear/mildew but overall was adequate. Owner was quick to come out and fix the bug problem and was responsive to any needs that arose but let’s not over sell this place as it’s basically a run down RV on a back lot property next to a storage shed?”

“The host was super welcoming and very quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing stay at the Sunset Burrow. Th house was like we just wandered straight into the Shire from Lord of the Rings. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook breakfast in the morning and also nice dinners at night. We utilized the firepit in the back which had a beautiful view of the landscape against the snow. The house had board games which we had a blast playing. This is cozy getaway for any……

“Made the booking and money was collected immediately. Day of stay, never got instructions to check in. Messaged owner - no response. VRBO messaged and called them , no response. Reservation was cancelled by them and I had to find a hotel. 100% scam. Not sure how they are allowed to rent out property. Do not rent from them.”
