"I asked the front desk to clean my room 5 days in a row, but they never cleaned it. When asking for towels or toiletries, you'd have to call the front desk multiple times and wait at least one hour. Horrible customer service. I will not return to this property ever again. "

"The hotel did not know the reservation made. They gave a dirty and small room. We reserved a deluxe room... Toilet and bathroon flooded. Tissue everywhere, the flipflops given has no pair and used.... We ended up checking out to transfer to other hotel. Also very expensive..."
