“Nice place and beautiful neighborhood. Would like to have rented the golf cart which is already at the house but was not aware of that option until we already rented one. I asked for a early check in around 3, was asked for a early check in fee of $100, we ended up getting there 45 min early and killed time in town. Other than these two issues the house was great and communication with the owner was good.”
