"I always enjoy staying at this property. The team is friendly, and the whole place has such a calm, relaxing feel. The rooms are well maintained, the mattress is incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioner works beautifully — such a relief after a long day. There’s also a laundry available (located in a separate area at the property), which is really handy, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. "Hotel is old but rooms are clean and quiet with new split system aircons and the usual appliances. You will get a good night's sleep here if you don't want any noise disturbing you. Location very convenient being in the Mackay CBD. Staff allowed us to use the reception freezer to keep an ice pack cold for my daughter's medication. Thank you!"
