Enjoyable.

Very friendly staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Nice feature: lots of potted plants in and around the lobby (inside and outside). Spacious vaulted ceiling over the pool is impressive.

This hotel was a present surprise. The property is in nice condition, keep in mind, Quality Inns are not top of the line, but this was among the best I have stayed in. The staff was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average and nicely stocked. I will definitely stay there again in the future!

Staff was friendly, room was good for my dog not a bad place in Macomb.. it’s located outside the hustle and bustle of the college town not to far tho.. 10/10 would stay again :)

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The rooms are a bit outdated and the pool needs some work. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Cleanliness is and was my main concern. I’d stay at this hotel again.

It’s an average, older hotel. The rooms were fairly clean but because it’s old there are stains and such in the bathroom and paint drippings on the wallpaper. The beds were fine and the bedding was clean. The pool is out of order. The sign on the door says “under construction” but it doesn’t look like any construction is going on. The continental breakfast was basic but good. Overall if you just need a cheap place to sleep, it works.

We booked this place because it looked nice and had a pool. When we get there the pool was closed and so i asked if we could upgrade our room to one with a jetted tub like i seen in the pictures and they said they didnt have one. There was a chair in the room that was peeling. The bathroom was so small you couldnt sit on the toilet and shut the door. There was a brown spot on the ceiling. When we went to have breakfast the employee was scrapping black gunk off the waffle maker and there was mold on one of the biscuits. Did not look like the pictures staff wasnt that welcoming had the its a job vibe not very welcoming. I will not be staying there again.

it'll do, in a pinch

front desk staff/ owner was very pleasant and helpful...before i get comfortable, i always check the bed sheets and bathroom...the sheets had stains and a little black spot (not sure what it was)...i immediately went back to the front desk, showed him the pics and asked for a different room...he was happy to oblige...the other issue was that a side door to the parking lot was unlocked & no key required to enter, even after 10ish, unlike most hotels, so i didn't feel totally safe...other than that, the bed was comfortable...i also appreciated having a microwave & fridge in the room...the housekeeping staff were very friendly & pleasant...the indoor pool area is nice & big (i did not partake in swimming)...also, i thought it was a bit overpriced...for close to $100 i expected more.

I use hotels to sleep only, and the bed was very comfortable. The room did smell like cat pee, although it was cleaned every day. My key didnt work after the firat night, and the second key stopped working on the day of checkout, which was probably my fault. The door didnt always close all the way, so had to take extra care to make sure it was closed. Again, not really a big deal. I felt safe in the room. I only had breakfast one day, it was just meh. The pool was closed the 3 days we were there and re-opened on checkout day. It is located in a convenient location, and was very well lit. We had a room that was easy to get to. The shower was clean and the water was hot.
