"Dog barking on the floor directly underneath. Was offered a room change, but already unpacked. Phone to call down to desk was inoperable. I had to call with my phone. While trying to figure out why phone doesn't work, found a cheese puff next to the bed frame. Otherwise everything seemed really clean. Smelled clean. Will stay here again!!"

"The service desk guy was friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, beds slept well. The pool chemical was off or the filter wasn't working properly. but, my grandchildren enjoyed it anyway. The breakfast was very good. It had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, pancakes, yogurt they dont skip on the items they offer. "

"Difficult to find driveway using Google directions. From freeway turn right at gas station to take you back to hotel. Checknin was good - we were a very late arrival. The room was clean, albeit a bit older. We stayed on the 1st floor, which had windows at parking level."
