“This older motel is badly in need of a complete renovation. The facilities were barely adequate with the shower, toilet and bathroom door needing service and repair. “4:pm Went in rang bell 4 times, no response. Called got message machine. Finally another person walks in and rings bell. Manager Patel walks in goes straight by me and goes to coffee machine, fills up his coffee then casually walks around me and decides to acknowledge my presents. You can see it was recently remodeled but based on from desk area it won’t be long before it goes downhill.”

“This actually shows a 8.2 which is more like a 2.8 it says continual breakfast and there is none!! It is a pass through room and both doors had gaps around them you could actually see outside. Stains above both beds no cover on exhaust fan in bathroom and did not work had a Walmart bag stuffed in the vent, smoke detector had not battery and door was broke on it. Had a nice frig but no way to plug it into a three pin outlet unless you took it to the bathroom. Heating/A/C unit was green with mold.……

"I turned into the parking lot of your hotel and I felt this was not the right hotel for my family. The parking lot and outside was not appealing. So we did not stay. Assuming you are a family owned business you need to improve the outside as I did not even wish to look inside to see your rooms. We stayed at Super 8 next store to your hotel. The outside of the super 8 is neat, clean and new looking. The inside rooms of Super 8 was very appealing. Not great but a good place for me to take my family for the cost. The value was worth it. I wish to thank you and the manager for your understanding refunding my money to me. "
