On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge area, a laundry room, a bedroom with a 160 bed and private bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 bed and private bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, a bedroom with a 160 bed and private bathroom, a separate toilet.  
Private garden of 8000 m² with 360° view of the countryside, covered terrace of 25 m², uncovered terrace of 30 m², swing, badminton, trampoline, table tennis. Swimming pool reserved for the gîte (4x10 m. with cover), open from June 1st to September 30th. Private tennis court, with possibility of lessons, on request.  
Baby equipment: bed, high chair, bathtub.  
WIFI with distributor.  
To visit, 5 km away: village of Villebois-Lavalette and its castle. In the heart of nature and in a quiet area, this cottage was created in part of a Charente farmhouse made of local stone. Independent, this house offers a panoramic view of the rolling countryside. You will be seduced by the combination of contemporary and old, and by the quality of the leisure facilities, tennis and private swimming pool.

The price does not include: End of stay cleaning

They are both hunters.  I know this is not everyone's cup of tea, but a lot of people from that generation in rural France do like hunting, fishing, fetching mushrooms.

My dad and his friend have built some platforms in the trees, and from mid-October to mid-November they go there every morning to shoot migrating birds.  Those ones are some sort of wood pigeons going from Eastern Europe / Russia to North Africa.
