“We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. The main boy, Rahul, was very hospitable and accommodating. If it was not for his willingness to check us in and help, we would have left. There was a fan and AC and the bed……

“The hotel is brand new and the service was excellent. The owner Amol, went extra mile in help booking the rides from airport to hotel and for the local rides. He even tracked the driver early in the morning 5.30am to make sure I reach the airport back on time. ”

“First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating……

“For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting ”

“Room was very nice and comfortable all amenities provides. However the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere with views of nothing but trash filled lots. Not ideal for tourist but wedding and business guests. Restaurant food was good but service very slow sometimes taking up to an hour. Lots of construction was going on at the time too multiple power outages.”
