Poor communication with the staff who barely speak english. They couldn’t find our reservation… Only cash payment. Room was above average with blood on the sheets, very cold… Food was good and staff friendly but struggling with english

THERE WAS LITERALLY NO ROAD FOR ABOUT 8/9 KM BEFORE THE HOTEL . IT WAS COVERED WITH ROCKS. THE NORMAL TEMPERATURE IN THE NIGHT DIPPED TO APP 0 DEGREES , AND THE HOTEL STAFF ONLY PUT ON THE HEATER FOR 3/4 HOURS , FINALLY SWITCHING IT OFF AROUND 11PM, LEAVING US FREEZING .THIS COULD HAVE BEEN LIFE ...
