“What I liked was the location. But I cancelled another reservation and booked this property which I deeply regretted. The staff was so untrained in guest comfort and services. The rooms were poorly maintained. half the lights were not working. Though it was terribly cold and windy, the staff did not offer us any hot water bags. I came to know from my driver that this is a regular practice as the beds are very cold.
There was also no hot water in the bathroom even ate time that it was supposed……
