“Booked via Hotel.com. The staff and the manager did not have knowledge of the reservation. They offered another room category for the same price I booked when in actuality that room was inferior and cheaper to book. Additionally, the manager I spoke to based in Leh was EXTREMELY rude. He claimed they don’t sell rooms on hotels.com and that I booked the room via an agent and that he couldn’t do anything. All I was politely asking for what I paid in terms of product and service. Additional items……

“Oasis resort at Pangong is well located, bang on lake facing and check in process was smooth. However it did not even provide mineral water for drinking and food quality needs improvement. The room did not have even a simple table to keep luggage for easy access and not even something to hang/keep clothes. However the staff had courteous attitude.”

“De Reeva is a decent property and offers a comfortable stay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in the quality and variety of the breakfast and dinner served. Enhancing the food experience would make the stay much more enjoyable for guests. On a positive note, I would like to especially appreciate Harish Thakur for his excellent service. He was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay more pleasant. His hospitality truly deserves recognition”
