"Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer. Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay."

"Spent a great week enjoying the sights in DC. Our stay at this property made it easy since its location was great. The place was very clean, practical, and had every amenity we needed. "Stayed four nights while our house was listed for sale. Had everything we needed, clean and comfortable and a great location a stone’s throw from all the coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques of downtown Leesburg. Bonus was the flower and garden festival. Location was mostly quiet but some street noise during the day/evening only which is to be expected so not an issue at all. House is wonderfully historic with all modern amenities/new upgraded appliances!"

Wonderful Hotel!!
"I booked this room for my son and I last minute and I’m so happy I went with this hotel! It was so much more than I expected and such a beautiful property. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The Perch was an unexpected surprise and such a fun place to hang out! Our room was one of the cheaper options, but did not feel like it at all. We loved the kitchenette. The size of the living room area and bathroom were much larger than other hotels offering similar rooms. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and a very cozy comforter. I wish our stay had been longer, so we could have used more of the amenities. Will definitely stay here again!"
