I dont like the fact that Embassy Suites charges for parking (although they were not at the time, presumably due to the CrowdStrike issue). I understand it is at a premium there, but other nearby hotels dont charge, and have other ways of keeping parking available (like parking passes). There is some public transit nearby, but I suspect all your guests are driving, so charging for parking makes this hotel less competitive (especially since it's only $10/day - just eat the $10 charge and get more rebookings). I did want to say that I thought the staff handled the CrowdStrike outage *excellently.* Every FD staff person I talked to or watched was doing a great job with a tough situation. I saw unruly guests who were rude to the FD staff, who kept their cool. The room was mostly clean, except for the fact that a previous guest left a chocolate bar on the floor, which my dog found. A hotel that allows pets really, really needs to make sure the rooms are clean. This was my first time staying, and the experience was a good one. Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly.

it's definitely affordable and the price is good however it's not clean. the chairs in the bar area are all stained. the floors in the breakfast area were sticky and the men's bathroom at the main level isn't cleaned on a daily basis (i'll spare details)

Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We arrived the day of the Crowdstrike computer glitch. The staff was having to handle most check in tasks manually. Despite the extra work, they were smiling and helpful. Evening reception was decent. Two free drinks per person and variety of choices. It is available from 5:30 - 7:00 PM. Breakfast includes the made to order omelet station which was good. Nice variety of juices.Coffee was weaker than I prefer but there is a Starbucks across the street. Rooms are very large, clean, and comfortable. There was a connector door in our room. We could occasionally hear the neighbors conversation through it. Aside from that we didn’t hear any noise from outside our room. Bed was comfortable. This was my second time staying here and would happily stay here again.

I very much appreciated the interior design and the cleanliness of the entire property. When I initially booked my stay, I was certain I had reserved with another hotel chain. So glad I was wrong! My wife and I really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again on our return trip to the area in a few months.

Within walking distance of eating places. Hotel Breakfast food options was good. I did not like being told there would be a charge for internet connection! Crazy! No complimentary items (water, food item, etc.) provided. Carpet in rooms looks either dirty or badly worn. TV and channels and even remote - old! Furniture is old and out of date!

We stayed on 7th floor on 7/13 and then on 5th floor. On 7/15. For both stays the shower had very little water pressure. It’s a really nice looking layout and love the huge bar area and complimentary drink tickets but some of the couches had food stains on them, Would’ve liked bar and food service availab le outside the designated 3 hours . Beds were ver comfortable
