“We got stuck due to Venezuela President Capture all flights shut down. I was able to book on hotels.com and then I called the number to confirm my booking from airport lobby. They waited for us to arrive and personally walked us to our room. It was exactly as in the pictures! I couldn’t get the shade down but they graciously moved us to another room and this was even nicer than the first one! The kitchen is set for use all you have to do is get groceries which is a short ten minute walk straight……

“Facing the Atlantic Ocean, I can hear the sound of waves lulling me to sleep at night, which helps me sleep very well. While the location is a bit distant from the city center, it's highly recommended for those who enjoy tranquility. The room is very new, with many amenities just replaced, though it lacks some electrical appliances like a hairdryer and kettle, perhaps because it has just opened. The staff's service is exceptional, always there to assist me.”

“All I can say is what a fantastic little gem of a place. Comfy bed, very clean rooms and great location. Would definitely stay here again ”

“Stayed in unit 36, it was clean and well presented. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. View from the balcony was stunning. Wifi was fast and we didn't have any problems with it at all. TV was not tuned in but didn't need it in the end. The unit as a whole will soon be in need of some TLC maintenance and updating. Would be nice to have basic condiments in the kitchen and maybe a few more glasses and dishes. Restaurant was very good, especially breakfast. No complaints about the beach……

“Visited for the sugar mad carnival season. Location was walking distance to the downtown area where most of the festivities happened. Room was nice and cozy had microwave and fridge and the property had a communal kitchen. If hotel staff is not on site, they are very quick and responsive via cell phone call or what’s app. Will def visit again and stay here ! ”

“The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”

“Right on the beach, great on site restaurant. Short taxi ride into downtown Charlestown. Walking distance to convenient store and Barefoot Beach Bar which is also another great restaurant. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Nevis!”
