“Room was filthy sheets were gross customer service at the front desk was impossible to get and then when you did get somebody to answer the phone or let you in the office, they were rude and would not accommodate, would not give towels or toiletries or even clean sheets”

“Room was spacious and warm for sub zero degree weather outside. Show was hot. Room included a small kitchenette and refrigerator. Overall, a very good experience and Super 8 Wyndham Mt. Vernon.”

“During my stay there after my kids going through unopened outside doors without a key into the supposed pool area that was contaminated with an empty pool with extension cords open wire running into the water that was left with warning caution signs all over the inside doors which also open without a key was horrible and very scary and then the outside property was bulldozed down going right to a lake with no kind of fence or whatnot anything and everything you could think of unsafe raked into……

“Beyond excellent! Very, very clean. Very accommodating very nice, updated and modern. I have never seen a hotel this clean and i travel everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices. Room had refridgerater, microwave and coffee pot. We will definatly be there again. Staff was exceptional in all ways.”
