"Great suite, exactly like the photos. Spacious and modern. Pool was a bit murky when we arrived but was cleaned up. Outside terrace was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen, with a great fridge. Air con was brilliant, beds comfy, parked right outside. Cleaning was excellent. "

"Loved our loft with private pool. Since it was early October the pool was not as warm as we would have wanted, but still usable on sunny days. Room was lovely, I'm personally not a big fan of the open space bathrooms - so keep that in mind when you book. Area around has plenty of restaurants and shops, plus you can walk to the beach."

"What a peaceful relaxing stay we had in Sun Maris. Spotlessly clean in all areas. The pool area and snack bar was beautiful. Mary the host was a gem. So helpful and would do anything for you. "Das Zimmer war gar nicht sauber. Als ich meine Socken ausziehen wollte, waren diese voll mit Staub und Haaren. Überall waren fremde Haare, sogar auf der WC Brille, in der Dusche sowie im Bett. We were very much looking forward to this hotel. The man at the reception at check in was amazing! The hotel looked nice. The room is beautiful. Then when they didn't clean for us for 3 days and they were supposed to clean every day, I was out of luck. In the end, however, we got to the point where they cleaned every day, but only by eye. "The hotel is set on a hillside about a 25 min walk to Faliraki.
The rooms are basic and clean.
The owners are friendly.
The breakfast is continental - ham, cheese, bread, cereals, fruit and cake. We enjoyed it.
The hotel shares a pool with the Palm Concept hotel next door. This pool is absolutely stunning.
For a budget friendly break I would absolutely recommend "

Additionally, administrator wanted to charge extra fees for the child, and after discussion and scrutinizing our reservation the fees was cancelled.Toilet button dropped off once being pressed. All towels degraded.
