On arrival no car was waiting and when we got in contact with someone after half an hour he told me there was no car waiting. Upon arrival a younger man angrily and loudly said "This is your fault!" without even checking the facts. This led to us not feeling fully safe and relaxed during our stay. Rooms were OK, but a bit overpriced compared to the competition, and very dark. In one room the lights didn't work except for bed nightlights, so we had to use torches. Garbage from the previous guests were still in the bin. Other than this service was OK and the older man (owner?) was very friendly and tried to converse (unfortunately we did not speak much french). Han ordnet mat, taxi, gav oss alt vi spurte om og mange tips til gode spisesteder i byen. Han svarer raskt på WhatsApp og alltid høflig og blid. De andre ansatte snakket kun marokkansk/fransk. Under massasjen visket de ansatte til hverandre hele tiden, men de stod og tittet ut i gangen (flere ganger mens massasjen pågikk). Hadde ikke tatt spa her igjen. Det er små kiosker i nærheten. When we arrived at the riad after a long day of travelling, we were informed that a meal wasn't possible that evening, which was really frustrating. They apologised and offered to move our meal to a different evening, but we had already made plans. We eventually settled on some snacks as an apology for the inconvenience. - Although we were shown to the room we had booked when we arrived, we were then moved to a cheaper room as it was supposedly quieter than the more premium room that we had booked. We complained and then were moved to our original room. - Although our room was lovely, the mattress was very hard and the bathroom light is turned on via a motion sensor, which isn't ideal in the middle of the night. - The riad doesn't really have much of an atmosphere during the day or evening. - When we tipped the owner as we were leaving the riad, he rudely snatch the tip without saying thank you or good bye.
