The staff was so helpful with organizing anything I wanted, from the spa to restaurant reservations. The riad is gorgeous and the breakfast and welcome tea/cookies are delicious. Highly recommend!
I can't express with words how much I loved staying in this Riad. It is such a beautiful place with a very friendly and helpful staff. The gardens, common areas, and rooms are astonishing. You re6will enjoy every minute spent at this hotel.
The Riad and its gardens were amazing!!! All the staff very kind!
Just steps to The Medina… great location and very safe!!
My room was Sultan. It was by the garden. It was comfortable and pretty large.
All was excellent!
I was incredibly pleased with this hôtel/palais Riad. The decor is outstanding. I was treated like royalty by all staff. What a wonderful place to stay. I stayed in the harem suite and it was beyond what I had expected. The garden area is great. A short walk to the gate to reach the hotel from transport. Food at the restaurant was good and I loved the pool as well.
I’m a seasoned traveller and I confirm that this is a wonderful hotel.
The property was beautiful in decor and very well maintained. Excellent location in the heart of the medina/action and yet so tranquil. Staff were amazing…….attentive and very on the ball. Beautiful pool and sun terraces. Would definitely recommend.
PERFECT stay in Marrakech! The breakfast was incredible, all of the staff was so kind and the room was gorgeous. The location was also perfect -- Central to everything we needed. HIGHLY recommend!
A unique place to stay. An oasis of calm. The staff were fabulous and were always around to make our stay special. The restaurant is also excellent, serving
Local cuisine in the middle of the Riad. We stayed in 2 different suites Harem and Sultan both on the ground floor both excellent. There is so many different terraces with sunbeds you will always find a quiet place.
Lovely stay in Marrakech! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Beautiful riad and wonderful pool. Very attentive staff and willing to give suggestions, store luggage, arrange for taxi, etc. thank you for an amazing stay!
An outstanding hotel is a brilliant location for a short stay. The decoration is beautiful, restaurant excellent and the team are lovely. I highly recommend!
From the moment we arrived until our departure 4 days later, everything at the Palais Riad Lamrani was top notch. The hotel and restaurant staff were so helpful, polite and professional. Special thanks to Abdel, Youssef, and Osama. Staying here made our time in Marrakech so lovely, we’re already planning to return.
Absolutely beautiful Riad in fantastic location. The room was clean and spacious. Wonderful staff. The garden restaurant was so romantic and food was very good.
We had a wonderful stay from start to finish and think Ahmed lives at the Riad. When he wasn’t there Khalid was and both so helpful with sightseeing and restaurant suggestions. We stayed in the African room which was quiet, large and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower drain needs to be snaked. Honestly, the Palais Lamrani was the best part of our trip. The restaurant is in the courtyard which is shaded so well by layers of trees and at night they have white lights and candles lit. It’s so beautiful and romantic. Not really for families traveling with young kids however. The pool isn’t heated but it refreshing after a day of sightseeing in the heat. The breakfast was bountiful and the à la carte menu for lunch and dinner had terrific choices and a full bar menu. They serve delicious local wines.
I just have to say that we kept looking for restaurants to try but because of the heat it was impossible to find one that could rival the one at the Lamrani. I think if it had been cooler we would’ve enjoyed the ones with umbrellas at the big square. We were out sightseeing the better part of the day but looked forward to our meals back at the Riad. We tried just about everything on the menu and loved everything. We kept reordering the 3 salad appetizer which was so fresh . We tried most of the tajines. All wonderful but the meatball tajine was especially good. Waleed was a great server. Love this oasis within old Medina walls. Utilize the driver service!
Cannot fault this place at all. Really beautiful building in a convenient location. The most helpful staff we have ever encountered, special thanks to Osama who kept us topped up with wine on the roof terrace. Would definitely recommend.
Beautiful riad in the Medina of Marrakech close by foot to all the main sites. Staff is very helpful and friendly, room was great. The only downside is that we didn't have hot water on our last day.
Charming and authentic riad that was magical in the evening when all the lanterns in the patio were lit.
The room (La Sultane) was beautiful, but a little bit cold, we got a heater to warm it up. Also, the water in the shower was only lukewarm on the first days, but got warmer on our last day so we probably should have reported this issue on day one. Nice and helpful staff at the reception and the restaurant. Very good tajine and chocolate fondant at the restaurant and the most beautiful setting!
Loved the breakfast. Everyone was very helpful, me and my mom truly felt the hospitality. The Riad was stunning, especially the rooftop. Wish we would’ve stayed longer!
Beautiful riad in a great central location. The breakfast was big and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again if went back to Marrakesh.
