And once arrived the Riad was actually in a bad condition and not ready for guests at all. To my surprise and after 25 mins of walking to find the Riad the lady there said that sorry the bed is broken and we can't have you here. They have moved us somewhere else! Which was an average and not to my standards however better than sleeping on the road!. Not sure how they have opened the place on Hotels.com and how they accepted the reservation. We stayed in one of the junior suites. The whole experience was excellent. The Riad was based in the heart of the medina. The staff made us feel very welcome and we immediately felt at home. The staff went out of their way to help us, even coming to find us when we got lost! The Rooms were cleaned everyday, even changing the towels and bedding. We received a different, freshly prepared, Moroccan breakfast every morning.
