Das Riad ist sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch und lecker, allerdings nicht abwechslungsreich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das super liebe und zuvorkommende Personal – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen. Auch die Organisation unserer Ausflüge hat perfekt funktioniert, alles war bestens geplant und stressfrei. Leider war der Pool nicht sauber, er könnte etwas Pflege vertragen. The places, tombs and souks were all within easy walking range, and good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and well apppointed, and peaceful despite the busy city outside. The pool on the roof was lovely and a good size for relaxing in. The staff at Riad No5 were wonderful, ensuring all was well and offering help and advice when needed. All the staff were amazing and they couldn’t do enough for us. They made sure we had all that we needed throughout the day when we stayed around for the day using the pool. Breakfast was great with lots of it. They were absolutely amazing. Not only was it a modern and beautiful Riad, the staff were so amazing. Salima, Tarik and Jaouad were so helpful and friendly. Salima helped us with anything we needed (from helping us at the pharmacy with something we needed, to planning wonderful rooftop time and dinners at the Riad). We have 2 kids (10 and 8 years old) who were so comfortable being at the Riad. Highly recommend anyone going to Marrakech to stay at Riad N5!! Super close to the medina but once you are in, its an escape into heaven. My husband and i also did a Hammam and couple massage which was blissful.
