“Amazing hotel ”

“We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.”

“We had a great welcome and service by the man at the reception desk at 11:30pm when we checked in. The room was beautiful and so was the full hotel. The heater in Agatha did not work, however, so that was the only downside on a December stay. Overall a great stay except for that small need.”
