“Wir hatten reserviert für 3 Personen. Als wir ankamen, hat uns eine sehr gelangweilte und unfreundliche Dame empfangen. Haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen bemerkten wir, dass das 3. Bett noch nicht gemacht war. Es war so vorzufinden wie vom letzten Gast hinterlassen. Nachdem wir es ihr mitteilten, überzog sie zwar das Bett neu, geputzt war das Zimmer aber nicht (Dusche, ect.). War unser erster Tag in Armenien, hat einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht.”

“The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.”

“Un ora di attesa prima di essere trasferiti in altra sede, dove nessuna foto corrispondeva alla realtà. Bagno condiviso per 4 stanze che ha smesso di funzionare senza che nessuno intervenisse. Cucina in disordine. Aria condizionata solo nel salone comune, bisogna dormire a porta aperta. Evitate di venirci. E invito hotels.com a verificare la situazione perchè secondo me queste realtà gettano discrezione sull organizzazione centrale”

“Le personnel a été très aimable, sympathique et serviable. En revanche, de nombreux équipements hors service rendent le séjour très inconfortable : il fait 27°C dans les chambres, la nuit, en mars-avril, car ils ont tendance à surchauffer l’hôtel et qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation de refroidissement. En outre, le système d’ouverture des fenêtres dans plusieurs chambres est défectueux, ce qui fait qu’il est impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres de manière à aérer et refroidir efficacement la……

“Good location Clean Just in Armenia doesn’t have hospitality! Missed an item there and they didn’t help and no answer to many massages I sent! They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money”

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

“Staff was attentive and nice. Breakfast was lovely. Pool was excellent - clean and warm and the surrounding area had heated floors! My only issue was the bigger bed being a combination of two small beds put together and not one solid mattress.”
