Ok, for one night.

Room was fine. Upon entry, some long hair was found around the sink. Breakfast options were disappointing. Literally: Cereal, coffee and an apple (no juice or milk or anything else). Waffle iron was on the counter, but the clerk said they weren’t serving waffles (batter) today.

Llegamos y nos dijeron que Expedia no había avisado con tiempo y que ya se habían vendido todas las habitaciones entonces nos iban a mandar a otro hotel, y el otro hotel era más barato y no nos dieron reembolso.

Horrible. We arrived on a Saturday night and it was infested with lizards; they were everywhere: the floor, the walls, the railing, the windows, the stairs, the doors... absolutely everything. We returned the key and left. We requested a refund for the cancellation, but it was refused. The lizards left a disgusting feeling and a bad experience with this hotel. // Horrible. Llegamos un sábado por la noche y estaba infestado de lagartijas; estaban por todas partes: el suelo, las paredes, la barandilla, las ventanas, las escaleras, las puertas... absolutamente todo. Devolvimos la llave y nos fuimos. Solicitamos un reembolso por la cancelación, pero nos lo denegaron. Las lagartijas nos dejaron una sensación desagradable y una mala experiencia en este hotel.

La habitacion estuvo muy bien pero el personal terrible. Deberian de capacitar mejor a su gente. Pregunte por tel desde mi habitacion sobre el desayuno y la Sra me dijo que no incluia. Le dije que segun expedia si incluia y alcance a escuchar como le dice a otra persona que eataba ahi con ella que pague muy poquito por mi habitacion como para pedir desayuno y se burlo. Despues me contesta que si incluye pero solo cafe y cereal. Pesima atencion, cero profesional.

Mala experiencia

Al llegar al establecimiento y pedir mi reservación No me la querían hacer válida argumentando que estaba muy barata la compra y que ni las taxes pagaba, le comentó que yo la adquirí x medio de una App y que ya estaba pagada, la encargada insistiendo en cancelarme y volverme a hacer la reservación pero con costo de fin de semana $86dlls por noche, le dije q No q ya estaba pagado y confirmada la reservación y se molesta y me dijo q me la iba a pasar pero q eso era un error. Fatal tener q pasar por esas situaciones pues llegas cansada del viaje y lo q quieres es entrar a tú habitación reservada.

Older motel in need of updating. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was a huge hole in the ceiling above the shower. We wouldn't stay here again.

Nice place but very uncomfortable bed!

The only issue was that the bed was extremely uncomfortable and warped. The mattress was in desperate need of replacement.

HAPPY CAMPER

I'VE BEEN THERE ONE TIME BEFORE ABOUT A YR AGO. WE LIKED IT SO MUCH, THAT'S WHY WE PICKED IT AGAIN. MR DARVIS AND IS STAFF ARE GREAT. I TAKE OUT MY TRASH DAILY CAUSE I DONT LIKE A MESS, AND HE HAS NO ISSUES GIVING ME EXTRA TRASH BAGS. THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD THIS TIME WAS THE BED IT HAS WORN OUT ITS WELCOME, THE SIDES SLANT DOWN , SO THE MIDDLE PART IS HIGHER, A BIT UNCONFORTABLE, BUT WE WERE WORKING SO WE WERE SO TIRED WE DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL 2ND NITE AND FRIDGE NEEDS A LITTLE FREON FOR COOLING, I DID FORGET TO MENTION IT TO MR DARVIS (AT END OF STAY), BUT OTHER THAN THAT WI FI GOOD, TV GOOD, TEMPATURE GOOD. REALLY NO MAJOR COMPLAINTS. WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN FOR SURE !!!

Muy descuidado y maltratado con un penetrado olor a viejo, falla cerrojo de puerta principal y puerta de baño, bañera quebrada, por nada regresaria, ademas se venden como la copa inn que en realidad era la que habia separado en mercedes texas y llegue y me dijeron que ya no era copa sino otro hotel y a mi me redireccionaron a este que amablemente me dijeron en recepción que podrá cancelar pero hoteles.com cobraba multa

Cheerful and helpful staff, but terrible odor of urine in the room; maybe from a pet accident. Paint and maintenance are definitely needed, as well as attention to breakfast; maybe earlier and have the waffle iron hot and the batter properly mixed. Phone did not work on arrival, but was fixed the next day, when we really needed it.

when we arrived we got room on first floor like we wanted, but tv wasnt working (some would have been upset) but we were tired so it didnt matter but first thing next morning they had it working - office recieved a fed-ex for me which was great - front office was so friendly, i needed more toliet paper and trash bags and they brought them right over no questions asked - thanks
