Walk half a mile west to sunbathe, swim, and kayak at Davis Beach on the shores of Payette Lake, go hiking to Porcupine Point in Ponderosa State Park half a mile north, and enjoy countless winter thrills on the slopes of Brundage Mountain 11 miles northwest.

Come home from a day spent in the great outdoors and make yourself comfortable in a recliner by the fireplace. Fix yourself an afternoon snack in the kitchen (with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher), and grab your bathing suit from the washer/dryer to make use of the community pools and hot tub. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
