Upon entering the room I was almost knocked down with the smell of patchouli and pine. It wasn't the cleanest (the floor and walls could have used some additional spot cleaning) and they must have sprayed for bugs recently because there was a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom when I woke up, that wasn't there the night before. The door to the room wasn't sealed very well because you could see daylight across the bottom of the frame. Fun fact: the door also included a chain lock, which I hadn't seen in years. (in addition to a dead-bolt) A plus was that the AC worked great and kept the room very cool during my mid-august stay in Mississippi. You get what you pay for.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff super friendly. The only complaint I have was the lack of water pressure in the shower. Besides that it was a good stay.
