“Had to wake the night manager up to check in and he was then rude when giving us the room key. Found hairs on the towels provided in the room ”

“Filthy hot tub, floors, no hot breakfast like advertised, no one at front desk. When they did come, rude and unfriendly. We ordered a king suite, got a king room with a crappy hot tub, no bars to get in/ out off it. Paid price of a suite not room. Need a partial refund....”

“I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude……

“The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. We were there for Easter weekend. The hotel had eggs hidden around the property for prizes. It was a nice touch. My cousin won a soda. ”

“The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use.”

“I arrived on Saturday afternoon and went to the office to see if there was anything else to do for check in. They had already sent everything I need for my arrival. The guy at the counter was so nice as to give directions of where to go shopping. I enjoyed walking in the Cotton District. Grabbing a beer and appetizer from The Landing (more restaurants would join on Expedia). Back to the motel to rest before attending my son’s play at State. After the play, I arrived back at the room to the……

The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! ”
