Quiet, peaceful home
This basement apartment was amazing. It was clean, light, and homey. We needed the place for a family member who had gotten a last minute internship in the area, and this place was available. Communication with the owner was helpful and quick, my questions were always answered. The space was huge, with comfortable furnishings, and a peaceful atmosphere. The garden in the back yard was always blooming with something beautiful. As it was a long term stay, there were times when it was necessary to coordinate workers entering the home, but the owner was always respectful of time and schedules. The neighborhood was beautiful, parks, paths, and green spaces within walking distance. It was just a perfect spot for the stay, close to groceries, transportation, as well as the DC area monuments and museums. Everything was thought of, and we would definitely stay again if in the area.
