“The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. ”

“Positive: Apartment was convenient to the Crystal City Metro station. The neighborhood was safe and there were stores and restaurants nearby. Negative: The listing says there is a pool available, but it costs $30 extra and only 2 people can use it. The check in process was unnecessarily complex. Amenities in the room were cheap; the washer/dryer was out of order, an arm on the couch was broken, the lid on the garbage can was broken, and the dining chairs were uncomfortable. “We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions……

“The check and process was not easily understood making check-in cumbersome. And the checkout process was just as bad. I cannot figure out where to attach the photos or where to call. I understand doing things electronically, but this was done poorly.”
