"I have stayed at the Hyatt Hotel located at the National Harbor in Maryland on several times in the past 4 years. The reason why I continue to book there is because of the cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the desk staff, restaurant staff, and the housekeeping staff. As a female who often travels alone, I appreciate the fact that a key is needed to use the hotel's elevator, which makes me feel safer. I will continue to stay at this hotel and will refer friends and family to stay here as well."

"The room was nice, very clean but somewhat small. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was fine. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. However, having to pay for parking was a surprise, since I don't recall seeing it advertised anywhere. Overall it was a positive experience. (Be advised there are rooms below the main level.)"
