“The apartment itself is lovely. There is one reason I would not stay here is there is a horrible gut wrenching smell in hallway and the entire apartment. At first we thought someone was cooking with very intense spices until we got inside apartment and it smelled the same with same intensity. This smell did not go away for the two days we were there. Only relief we got was when opening windows. Luckily had air freshener in the car. There were plug-ins but only one had deodorizer in it. The host……

“Our group had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is great and around so many options for dining, nightlife, and overall fun in the Southside Flats. Any hiccups were promptly taken care of. There was available parking in a pay lot just across the street, the one spot registered by the host, and even a couple of free spots outside towards the end of the block (they aren’t all free, so be careful)!The entertainment options were great; we played so many rounds of pool! The one gripe……

“Great place close to downtown, in a nice quiet hilly neighborhood across the river. 15 steps or so to front door and a flight up to bed and bath, so you need to be able to manage them. Beds were comfy and everything clean and shiny!! Enjoyed our stay! ”

“Overall a great place to stay and you cannot beat the location for walking to the north shore, stadium and popular restaurants. ”
