I chose this hotel because of the proximity to the Trauma Center my son is in. I expressed this upon check in that the room would be used for our family to be able to catch a nap between visits. The clerk is the rudest woman on the planet. When we asked for the wifi password, we were told we couldnt have it because we booked through a booking site. We never got clean towels or the room cleaned the entire time we were there. There is a $50 cash deposit upon check in that is not specified on the site. I could go on and on about the treatement from this place. I will NEVER stay here again. They knew the situation we are facing with my son being in the trauma center. None of that mattered. We didnt ask for special treatment.
