"We had a great stay even with temperatures in the 90’s. Our grandkids did some fishing off the dock and we caught 4 species. Bluegill, perch, catfish , and carp. They had a blast. We had other family with boats and they could dock at the cottage and visit. We had a cook out and the deck was good for a gathering of family. Bren was an outstanding host. Cottage is an excellent value for a family trip "

"My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Charlie’s place! When we checked in there was a lovely sweet treat the owners had left for us from the local farmers market! Charlie’s Place is fully stocked with all the things you could need! They also had fresh ground coffee from a local roaster and creamer to get our weekend started! Everything was clean and in pristine shape! The owners were very communicative and answered questions promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot say enough good things about Charlie’s Place! You’ll have to check it out for yourself!"
