“Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de……

“Hemos pasasdo frio, nos dijeron que apartir de las 20h se endecendia la calefaccion y no se encendió, en el momento de la ducha hemos pasado mucho frío. El baño no tenía secador. El bar un 10x, y por lo otro normal, por el precio está bien.”

“For me it would have been a 5 star hote. If they fix the shower head. The first room we got it was broken. For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. “Hôtel propre, mais accueil glacial, aucun sourire, on ne prend pas la peine de répondre à nos questions, on a le sentiment d ennuyer la réceptionniste quand on arrive. Nous avons eu le droit a une coupure d eau, impossible de prendre notre douche le matin avant de partir, l'eau ne coulait pas des robinets, ni de la douche, par contre la chasse d eau fonctionnait. Les prix du restaurant sont excessifs pour ce qui est proposé et tous les autres restaurants ferme très tôt, donc ils ont le monopole.……
