“Unsere Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Die Küche hat einen großen Kühlschrank, eine Backofen/Herdkombination und eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Draußen konnten wir uns auf der Terrasse entspannen, hatten einen großen Esstisch und genossen den Duft der Jasminbüsche. Der Besitzer Stavros ist sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. Er erledigt außerdem den Wäscheservice und kümmert sich um den Hauspool. Alles ist tadellos gepflegt. Parken auf dem Hausgelände ist kein……

“Das Hotel liegt an einer paradiesischen Küste und beeindruckt schon von weitem mit seiner Anlage. Die Architektur und das Gelände sind wirklich hervorragend und schön. Die Zimmer jedoch sind sehr abgewohnt und enttäuschend. Das Mobiliar ist voller Flecken, dreckige Wände und schwarze Badezimmerfugen. Balkone sind lieblos ausgestattet mit 2 Stühlen und einem Tisch. “Menia and Theodore were exceptional hosts. The apartment was cleaned daily (bins emptied, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and beds made). They checked on us continually to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend and know where to book in future.”

“Property was great with great pool and breathtaking view. From the pool you can see Zante. However the air-conditioning needs a check. The unit in the kitchen was not blowing cold air at all and the bedroom one wasn't great either. Therefore a bit of a warm night. ”

“This was our first hotel experience as a couple, as we normally hire a villa, car and fend for ourselves. However, family tragedies dictated that we needed to escape and be “looked after” in order to de-stress, rest and recharge our batteries after six weeks of heartache. To a large extent, the Karavados Beach Hotel allowed us to do that, but ….. there were a few things that could’ve been better - let’s get those out of the way first …… The main disappointment, and not the hotel’s fault per se,……

“Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee……

“De accomodatie verzocht een mail ter bevestiging van aankomst. Echter daar werd nooit op gereageerd. Bij aankomst niemand te bereiken telefonisch dus wisten we niet welk appartement we moesten hebben. Gelukkig was er een schilder die ons hielp en belde de eigenaar. Dus..geen instructies voor aankomst of vertrek mbt sleutel. Achteraf bleek de sleutel in de deur te zitten en hebben we bij vertrek de sleutel maar binnen gelegd. Mooie accomodatie, ligging aan strand met diverse restaurants. Elke……

“We were a happily surprised by our stay as the property is much better in person than in the photos. The owner, Stavros, is an incredible host and takes great pride in providing the best experience possible in every way. The common space is a huge, shaded patio with gorgeous plants and comfortable seating overlooking the charming port town. Location is fantastic and a short walk to many restaurants, etc. The bed was super comfortable (unlike so many we’ve experienced in Greece). We loved the……

“SOLO TRAVELERS BEWARE! Booked a “Sea View” room months ago, I was shown to a room on a lower level with NO SEA VIEW. (See photo with tiny slice of sea circled in RED). When I politely pointed this problem out, I was informed “A larger group had booked the upper apartments, but I was welcome to sit in the garden”. I felt the hosts were dismissive, making a point that I was “Only ONE person”. Given I am not traveling in high season, I was lucky to be able to quickly book an alternative stay……
