This four bedroom house is great for friend trips or families. Ample outdoor space, large deck with a 10 seat patio set, heaters, fenced in yard, and new outdoor shower. The driveway can fit up to 6 cars-additional street parking.
The first floor is all entertainment space with your kitchen, dining room, living room and additional sun room - all have a sonos system to play your favorite music!
The second floor is all living space with 4 bedrooms. Close to restaurants/downtown and beaches!


**Please note - the washer/dryer will be unavailable. There is a Laundromat located directly across the street**
