Rural house in Sierra de Mijas, private pool, ideal for families and groups.

We have a large house available for 10 people, 500 meters from the main road Mijas-Fuengirola
The house consists of 4 bedroom 1 bed of 1,60, 3 beds of 1,35 and 3 beds of 90, 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower), living room with fireplace, wood oven, and indoor barbecue and a independent kitchen.
Outside area has a pool and a barbecue area. With views of the mountains and the sea, 20 minutes from Malaga airport and 5 km from the beach. Very good communication and easy access to Mijas or Fuengirola and the motorway / highway.
Rules:
- No parties are authorized.
- It is necessary to comply with the laws and regulations of the community, urbanity, noise pollution, both at the state and regional and municipal level.
Therefore no music or loud noises are allowed after 23.30 h.
- It is not allowed to make a fire in the outdoor barbecue in case of wind and collect the awnings or elements that may be affected by wind, rain, etc.
- Access to terraces without proper clothing and footwear is not allowed.

The owners are not responsible for the breach of these laws or regulations, being the sole responsibility of the tenants, or their guests.

Quel villa formidable ! Merci Manuel

Nous sommes venus entre amis pour un long Week-end de 3 jours. La maison est formidable vraiment très conviviale, des espaces de détente tout autour de la Piscine, un grand espace Barbecue extérieur ... une grande salle à manger avec un autre barbecue pour les temps de pluie ... Vraiment très agréable. Oui tout n'est pas parfait dans la maison mais elle a beaucoup de charme et on s'y sent très bien. La vue est dégagée et pas de bruit aux alentours. Il y toute sorte de magasins, restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de voiture ou mieux en allant vers Fuengirola qui est a peine plus loin. Manuel est très gentil et il très facile de s'entendre avec lui, il est très conciliant et c'est aussi grâce à lui si nous avons passé un excellent Week-end. Je vous conseille cet endroit sans reserve ! -------------------------------------- We came with friends for a 3 day long weekend. The house is great, really very friendly, relaxation areas all around the swimming pool, a large outdoor barbecue area... a large dining room with another barbecue for rainy weather... Really very pleasant. yes everything is not perfect in the house but it has a lot of charm and you feel very good there. The view is clear and no noise around. There are all kinds of shops, restaurants within 5 minutes by car. Manuel is very nice and it is very easy to get along with him, he is very accommodating and it is also thanks to him that we had an excellent weekend. I definitely recommend this place !

Great space for relaxing

Great Villa, loads of space, views excellent. Only downside we experienced was location. Just be aware it up a hill and can be tricky to get an Uber to pick you up. No shops nearby for supplies, so I’d recommend getting a hire car. Great coms with the owner.
