“The room didnt look like on the photos at all. It gave us a spartanic impression. Very sober and cold. The bathroom was a disaster. You took a shower and it was literally flooded. The pool was milky green of color and could not be used. We sent emails twice, but they could not resolve the issue. We asked for a compensation since we booked the hotel because it has a pool. But the request was ignored until now. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly in general.”

“This property was exactly what we needed. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. The host met us close to the port and we were able to follow him in to avoid getting lost on the roads (this was especially nice because it was our first experience driving in Naxos and would have been confused on the roads) it was close enough to cute local bakeries and right in between 2……

“We had an amazing stay. Hotel staff is knowledgeable, professional but mostly makes you feel at home, like family. The building is immaculate everywhere. “We stayed here for 2 nights. The entire staff was excellent! Upon arrival, we were given a cold drink. Nice gesture! We were upgraded to a room with a view. The property is beautiful, clean and quiet. Everything was great about this hotel except in the evening the bathroom had a strong urine smell. Not sure what caused it but it was extremely windy when we were there. We told the manager and she said that she would look into this. I would recommend this hotel!”
