Very convenient location near the railway station and restaurants. Disappointed that there are no coffee facilities in the room and advertise that there is complimentary coffee in the lobby but we had to ask and couldn’t access it until 8am.

Room was standard as expected. Staff very friendly, and even remembered our room number!!! 10 min walk from Milano Centrale, so that’s good. Bedroom door was wide open when we initially took our bags in which is strange, but haven’t noticed anything missing yet.
