“I stayed at Basilica Resort in Paphos and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it’s well looked after, especially in the common areas which are clean and nicely maintained. The layout is spread across several buildings, giving it a more relaxed, village like atmosphere rather than a single large structure. The main pool area is enjoyable and a good spot to unwind. “Nice pleasant apartment just off Paphos harbour and 2 mins walk from the promenade. Comfortable double bed, good kitchen amenities and a nice balcony where you could glimpse the sea if peering over the side. Only gripe would be that the balcony furniture wasn’t very comfortable and I had some issues with the blind and door onto the balcony, very stiff. Good place for a few days in Paphos although you might want to consider somehwere slightly more tucked away if looking for peace and quiet as……

“Fantastic hotel with excellent service and staff, beautiful pool including an adults only pool and area. Absolutely loved the sun bed reservation service (where you are allocated a spot for your whole holiday and you are always sure to find a sun bed at any time of the day without having to “fight” the crazy people waking up at 6am to “reserve” all the sun beds. Approximately a 20 min stroll to the harbour area where there’s bars and restaurants. Airport shuttle needs to be booked 48 hours in advance, the form for this is on their website before arrival, fill out a paper form from reception for your return. “Rooms were clean and spacious. Showers were nice and hot. Hot tub and gym facilities were nice. Staff was super helpful. Swimming pool was cold but clean. Would’ve been great if the pool was heated. ”
