“It was nice for a night, but some of the dishes weren’t very clean and I couldn’t get hot water from the shower. Hot water easily came out of the sink. Easy walk to Temple University so the convenience out weighed the issues.”

“Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. “It did not look like a hotel. It looked like a business that was closed for the day - only small signs. Our Uber driver was concerned we were not at the right place. We had to peer in and try the front door. It worked out ok, but it was a strange start. There was no parking or food although I knew about that. The location was excellent. Everything was very close. The room also was unusual.”

Easy parking out front (just have to move every 2 hours during the week so you don't get a ticket). Apartment was very clean. Beware the steps to it, very steep! Only thing we'd recommend is a full length mirror in one of the rooms.”
