“The place was clean, and the host was friendly and responsive. However, the HVAC unit is located very close to the bed in the basement suite. It cycled on and off throughout the night and was quite loud, making it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The host apologized afterward, which we appreciated, but I think future guests should be aware of the noise if they are sensitive sleepers.”

“Fantastic 4 night stay. It was so beautiful and peaceful. Just what we needed. The hot tub was our favorite even though it was chilly out, we made good use of it, the local shops are great. Found some cool stuff to take back home, wild life is amazing to watch. We saw an owl, a hawk catch a fish out the pond, black squirrels, and a cardinal that visited us numerous times a day. We will be back! ”

“Our time was great. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Good internet. Beds are firm so if you need very soft that could be an issue. Host was great and quickly sent us the basement lock password when a tornado warning came through the area. Fortunately it wasn’t needed. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Lots of towels. ”

“The apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable & the location was great! We liked the view out the front windows, the fireplace, remote controlled candles in the bathroom, the large shower & tub, and all of the cute little touches like the picture of the little mouse peaking out underneath the photo wall in the kitchen. Although the building was very old, the updates were modern and well done. The AC and heat worked well and it was nice to have access to entering from both the front...

“The cabin was clean and seemed to have everything you would need to stay there. While pretty close to the road, we did not notice the traffic volume or noise as being disruptive. It should be noted we were there for less than one day so it's a small sample. The only thing that I didn't care for was the amount of light in the bedroom coming for the AC unit and other electronic devices. Bottom line, I'd have no issue staying there again.”
