I called for an early check-in and was told to arrive at noon. I was there at noon but told no room was available until between 1 & 2. The rooms were dirty. The floors were covered in sand. Very limited real food options on-site and close by. We did not use the waterpark. It appeared dirty and cold ...

Fun pool area with slides ,basket ball hoops and very nice hot tub,breakfast was ok, room clean and staff friendly.staff came right away when we called and needed help
