Cleanliness is not a priority at this hotel

Beautiful resort. The waterpark was fantastic. Our room was spotless. The beds and pillows were comfortable and gave us a good sleep each night. The room was a little small considering it’s holding a king bed and queen size bunkbeds but it was doable. Our fridge and hairdryer did not work but everything else was enough for us to want to return.

The clerk who checked me in seemed to know nothing about the online check in. I still had to provide my driver's license and credit card. I still had to sign waivers and give my auto license number. After telling the clerk twice that I was pre-checked in, I gave up. The pre-check in saved me no time at all. Also, the rooms are rather dingy, frayed carpet, discolored tub, and the TV remote was broken.
