“Loved it!!!”

“Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as I expected. The resort definitely needs better maintenance. The toilet was not flushing properly, and the water was not completely clean. Another major disappointment was the restaurant situation. There were supposed to be three restaurants available, but only one was open during our stay. The food also lacked variety, and the drinks were not very good. Overall, I expected much better from this resort. There are several areas that need……

“Well we have stayed at this property many times and this is hands down the best stay ever. Celebrated a 5 year olds birthday here and the staff was so accommodating. Great service in all restaurants. Check in was so smooth, room was ready. Great pool side show one night and another great one in the theater the following night. We plan on coming back in October for my wife’s birthday.”

“The room was clean, but I didn't know about the was cleaned every day or the towels changed and when we called down stairs they explained that if we wanted the room cleaned every morning we had to pay extra for the cleaning and extra for the towels. I think that is something that should be explained at check it.”
