Breakfast here is outstanding, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-appointed. The service was consistently excellent throughout our visits. "Great location near the core of the old city. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants. Parking while limited was super convenient and close. Clean and modern room. The only observation with the room was there was limited space to lay our suitcases for easy access but in reality, not a big issue."

"Very helpful staff especially at reception, they went out of their way for us. Room was reasonably clean, but it is an old hotel. The food in the restaurant was really good with lots of choices and always topped up, the staff were amazing. The gym definitely needs updating and is actually a healthy and safety problem. The beach is not good for swimming unless you walk a few hundred meters down the road."

"Should have automatic access to sauna and spa given it’s a spa hotel only access is if you have a treatment for 30 mins and if over they charge you on top of having already paid for a premium treatment "
