  • Nuestro apartamento reformado, se encuentra en el complejo residencial Los Junquillos, en la tranquila zona de Mogán. Con tres dormitorios y capacidad para cuatro huéspedes, está totalmente equipado para que se sienta como en casa desde el primer momento.



    Uno de sus principales atractivos es su amplia terraza privada, con mobiliario exterior y tumbonas, perfecta para disfrutar de comidas al aire libre o relajarse con vistas al mar y la montaña.



    El alojamiento dispone de:



    Tres habitaciones: una con cama doble y dos con camas individuales.



    Un baño espacioso con ducha.



    Cocina americana con vitrocerámica.



    Terraza privada y mobiliario de jardín.

    El apartamento se encuentra dentro de un complejo con varias escaleras, por lo que el acceso requiere subir algunos tramos. No cuenta con acceso adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend, die Unterkunft war sauber und so wie auf den Fotos, der Balkon war das Highlight mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht, das einzige was zu bemängeln war war die dünne Wand, man konnte die Nachbarn über einen oft hören, aber das hat mich dennoch nicht gestört, in Zukunft gerne wieder!

Einfache Ferienwohnung voll funktionsfähig

Einfach Ferienwohnung voll funktionsfähig, die komplette Ausstattung ist nagelneu und sauber. Zwei Zimmer haben leider kein Fenster. Der Pool war meist für uns allein zu Benutzung. Kostenlose Parklätze waren immer in der Nähe verfügbar (ende Oktober).

Great place to stay

We had a 4 night stay at the apartment and it had everything you needed for a great stay. It was very clean and you could tell it had been recently refurbished to a good standard. Communication from hosts before and during the stay was great.The apartment itself is located within a residential block and the bonus to this was that we never saw anyone else at the pool. You're just a couple of minutes walk to the euro center with all it's bars and restaurants and taxis if you want to head into Puerto Rico. So it's ideally located for everything whilst still being in a peaceful location. Being on the hillside, the apartment is located down steps, so one to remember after a few Tropicals! Would definitely stay here again

The apartment was very clean when we arrived nice big fridge. Unfortunately it only had one wine glass and one tumbler two bowles a few plates so an amazing lack of dishes. We did contact management co who told us they had to contact owner. This did happen and glasses dropped off the next evening but we had already got some. The pool area looked clean but the lounge chairs where broken and very tatty and old so you just spent our time on the beautiful beach . We had a car and parking was generally essy. The balcony was lovely but obviously since we went in late November it got no sun at all . If you are a light sleeper like me not the place to go could hear every toilet flush and shower been taken . Also where the staff in the management co were very nice Personally think i would rather deal with a owner. Its a beautiful area with loads of pubs and shops around the corner

Unfortunately this property did not meet our expectations, on arrival the property smelt like a fusty damp charity shop. The apartment block has a lot of pet cats and therefore the smell of cat wee was constant and feaces visable on the paths. The hot water for the shower lasted for 2 mins so no one had a warm shower for the duration of our stay, even though we contacted VRBO with regards to this issue nothing got done about it from the landlord. The blankets in the single rooms were thin a threadbare, our children were cold at night we also highlighted this but no response, we had to use beach towels to keep warm at night. You can hear all the neighbours movements, so was woken early most days.We didnt use the pool as we were put off by the overall impressions of the appartment block.There is however parking on the road and a shop across the road, easily walkable to the restaurants at europe centre but we drovw out to nicer restaurants at night. It's at the top of very steep hills so unless you are extremely fit or have a car getting to the beach could be challenging.Overall would not recommend this property.

We had a very nice few days here with our children, we chose the location to be close to Mogan, to the beaches of the south and because we thought the property was reasonably priced. We had a slight mishap late at night trying to get in as there are 2 lockboxes at the entrance to the property and we only saw one as it was dark, so that caused a few minutes of stress trying to get in, but otherwise fine. The flat itself is pleasant and we made good use of the kitchen - one issue we had is that we were all very cold at night, the blankets on the beds were extremely thin and all members of the family were cold to the point of waking up in the night - when we asked for additional blankets we were told these would not be so we provided so we ended up having to sleep in several layers of jumpers and clothes to try to keep warm. Probably not an issue in the summer, but this was a real draw back and affected sleep quality. Additionally, this is a residential block, and the residents who live near the pool came out to complain about ours and other children playing there, even when noise level was not very high, so just be aware if you come with young children that there does seem to be a bit of tension between this being a holiday let in a residential block. Apart from these issues we had a very lovely few days and the apartment served us well. People who struggle with stairs should be warned that there are several very steep sets of stairs to get to and from the flat.
