We had a very nice few days here with our children, we chose the location to be close to Mogan, to the beaches of the south and because we thought the property was reasonably priced. We had a slight mishap late at night trying to get in as there are 2 lockboxes at the entrance to the property and we only saw one as it was dark, so that caused a few minutes of stress trying to get in, but otherwise fine. The flat itself is pleasant and we made good use of the kitchen - one issue we had is that we were all very cold at night, the blankets on the beds were extremely thin and all members of the family were cold to the point of waking up in the night - when we asked for additional blankets we were told these would not be so we provided so we ended up having to sleep in several layers of jumpers and clothes to try to keep warm. Probably not an issue in the summer, but this was a real draw back and affected sleep quality. Additionally, this is a residential block, and the residents who live near the pool came out to complain about ours and other children playing there, even when noise level was not very high, so just be aware if you come with young children that there does seem to be a bit of tension between this being a holiday let in a residential block. Apart from these issues we had a very lovely few days and the apartment served us well. People who struggle with stairs should be warned that there are several very steep sets of stairs to get to and from the flat.
