Great Hotel For The Price

Overall, value for your stay is great. It is a 3star hotel and thats where it is. Food was fine, snacks were great for the kids. All inclusive drinks are also good. Service is impeccable. Only con i had was the rooms could be cleaner and more updated, but wasnt the biggest problem as the pros outweighed this small issue.

This was our second consecutive year staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. The breathtaking ocean views are simply unmatched—it’s hard to imagine a more beautiful location. The service is outstanding, and every member of the staff is genuinely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The spacious two-bedroom suites are very comfortable and come with a fully equipped kitchen, which is a great option if you don’t choose the all-inclusive package. However, the food is so delicious and varied that we never felt the need to cook ourselves. The only small disappointment this year was the food selection. Compared to last year, there were noticeably fewer seafood dishes. Lunch almost always included rice, while last year we enjoyed shrimp, mussels, squid, octopus, and other seafood almost every day. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on a hill. However, this wasn’t an issue for us at all, as taxis are easy to get and reasonably priced, making it well worth the convenience. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel that we would happily return to again and again. Highly recommended!

Value for money

We had a nice stay, we went in January so there were a lot of retired guests around. For the price it was worth it (compared to the neighbouring hotels which were more expensive) but our room waa directly under the dining room so there was always noise when they moved the chairs around. Other than that the service was very friendly and there is a spar conveniently located in the hotel.

We only wanted a little 5 night break, we normally do book all inclusive but decided self catering as only there for a short time, we arrived midday and our room was ready and what a suprise we had, over looking the pool, lovely big balcony with sunbeds to relax on if not wanting to go to the pool, the apartment itself was lovely and bright, 1 bedroom and bathroom and a sofa bed ( that was the only let down) it was rock solid unfortunately, this could easily be fixed with a topper that they use on the beds to make it more comfortable. The grounds of the hotel was lovely, entertainment was plenty, bingo and happy hour at the same time was a must!! We can’t comment on the food as we was self catering, we ate in the europa centre and down at the commercial centre where you do need a taxi, we chose to walk one night but the pavements were very sloppy so you really need to be careful, we found the walk down to Amadores beach was easier and was able to walk in the road, got to the bottom and then did the costal walk which was a lovely 60 mins sounds a lot but it was a lovely walk…We didn’t want our short break to end, but for what we paid we was really pleased with this hotel! We would recommend and ourselves are already wanting to come back! Hopefully soon! Thanks Altamar for a fantastic 5 nights! Wished it was longer!!! See you again!!

Les photos ne correspondent pas au site du Servatur Les chambres sont vieillissantes, le ménage est réalisé au balai donc on peut encore avoir sable et cheveux Heureusement literie bonne Les transats de la piscine sont vieillissants, le sol est sale, cheveux, poils, gobelets abandonnés La fond de la piscine n’est pas très propre Les deux seuls ascenseurs ou plutôt téléphériques ne sont pas adaptés pour le nombre de logements. Heureusement que nous y sommes allés hors été car très compliqué de se déplacer dans l’hôtel, beaucoup d’escaliers Le personnel est sympathique et répond rapidement à nos besoins Nous étions dans pensions et pour cuisiner c’est très limité, une seule petite poêle Équipement cuisine basique que 4 couverts de chaque Climatisation et pal très apprécié dans la chambre

Der Meerblick und die Lage waren sehr schön. Leider war das Zimmer nicht besonders sauber und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wirkten nicht wirklich sauber. In meinem Zimmer gab es eine große Kakerlake und nach der Schädlingsbekämpfung blieb ein unangenehmer Spraygeruch zurück. An einem Tag gab es fast den ganzen Tag Probleme mit dem Strom. Die Aufzüge funktionierten ebenfalls nicht zuverlässig und waren extrem langsam. Besonders die jüngeren Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt gibt es aber leider einiges zu verbessern.
