"The property manager doesn’t have good hospitality skills , was very rude when I came to ask about the jacuzzi and internet none of them work telling if I want ed a working jacuzzi and WiFi I had to pay extra to get transfer to an other cabin , when I had already booked the deluxe cabin with everything included and was charge weeks before arrive to the place , after that the view is beautiful "

"We arrived at 2am and the host still greeted us with a smile and got us checked in and to our room quickly. The property is on a quiet street but literally around the corner from the main square, shops and restaurants and is modern, well maintained and the cleanest we have had in Colombia. "The bedroom had the tiniest roll of toilet paper we had a 4 night stay and had to keep asking for toilet paper. The room keys would get deactivated so we would go to our room on the 3rd floor then had to walk all the way down to the lobby to get it reactivated.That was a hassle . The hotel has no elevator so be prepared t walk up the stairs . Nobody offered us to help with our luggage . Rooms are very hot inside . At least there was a fan . Online the hotel gives a price then They charged us 5% to use a credit card. Even at the restaurant there was an additional fee for using a card . The room service stole my personal towel . I told the front desk and they said they had to wait until the next day to ask the room service person . Overall beautiful hotel with a pool the service at the pool / bar was great but there were several things they should correct !"
